In 2004, after many failed diets and exercise regimes, I ‘found gold’ with a nutritionist who taught me how to feed my body, lose weight and keep it off. (And do it all over again after having a baby!) Here’s how I continue to do it – it is a constant state of maintenance for me because I love to eat!
